Depression, self harm and alcohol?

I’m 16 & already self-harm and suffer from depression.
I’ve had two experiences of boys forcing themselves on me in like 3 months. Not raping or anything just kissing and touching..which I made obvious that I didn’t want.
And now I feel sooo much more worse. Is this normal? Or am I over reacting?
I never really drink but twice recently,I’ve been drunk, I’ll get past the high point then I’ll break down crying and won’t be able to stop. My best friend has seen me break down like 3 times and wants me to get help. But I don’t know what to do I’m just so scared now and confused. I feel like my depression won’t ever go, I’ve had counseling for MONTHS !
What can I do? I’m literally on the verge of crying all the time.

No you’re not overreacting. YOu’re just very sensitive and need to take some time to relax and maybe hang out wiht your friends and chill. Don’t drink. I used to refrain to alcohol for help. I’m not going to lie, it does help. But temporarily. When I stopped drinking as much, it really calmed me down. Talking to my boyfriend also helps.
As for the boys forcing themselves on you-they’re idiots. it can be pretty traumatizing. But just think of yourself as higher than them and they’re just dumb. You’ll get through it girl. I promise! Take St. John’s Wort. Just a harmless, natural supplement. It has no chemicals unlike all other meds. It can be found in most vitamin isles in grocery stores. It helps you get naturally happy and anxiety and stress free. You’ll be just fine! Promise.
