Move Myspace Ads Down

will myspace ban me if i move ad down?

sounds simple enough huh?
i was thinking, hide everything on your page, then move it down. that way you still have the ad, and copyright. it’s just below the div i created.
is it against ToS?

I did that, and they haven’t banned me yet. They may just ask you to change it. as long as it is still there.
