Hi!I have a question about selling stuff online (taxes)?

So I’m thinking about opening kind of a little online vintage shop.My question is-do I have to pay taxes (I live in Norway)?I probably wouldn’t ship things overseas (does that even matter?).
Can anyone give me any information at all regarding this?
