I am in a hard spot in my MLM?

Hello

i seem to have dislike for traditional methods because of chasing prospects, 3-way validations, hotel meetings, getting people to come to the presentation and just using company tools. The company i am in is good but using traditional methods and i’m not liking the training they offer in the company. Myself and mother are in the company which i don’t like the company’s traditional methods while my mother insist on using traditional marketing.

She think by looking at outside info other than the company would confuse me and would sidetrack me. Personally i don’t think so that you need to know about the company and marketing methods.

Which is better? Traditional Marketing or Attraction Marketing?

I think in today’s MLM business you have to mix a little old with new. Sometimes it depends on your prospect. Sometimes it’s easier to get someone to a meeting or on a call then to a webinar or to open an email. I use video a lot. In fact if you click on my bio it will take you to my blog that has 3 video’s on it. This is how I lead capture for my MLM.

I love it. It’s a great business. It’s great that your working with your Mom. Maybe you promote your way and she promotes hers. Why put all your eggs in one basket. This will give you a wider appeal to different prospects. She may do better with a boomer generation and you may do better with younger hi tech prospects.

Most businesses use a combo of marketing. Print, Online, T.V., Word of mouth, newspaper, brochure etc.

MLM has it’s proven methods, however with the internet and phone technology why not use these tools also. I wish you luck and if I can help let me know.
