Possible to get a 2010 Mustang at or below invoice price?
I am in the market to buy my very first car, and I have my eyes on the 2010 Mustang GT. However, I am a little tight on budget and I may have to consider another car if I can’t have the Mustang near invoice price.
So after some reading over the internet, I got some basic understanding how car dealers work. It is possible for car dealers to sell new cars at or below invoice price because they make money off services, rebates, and financing, but it all depends on the car/year model and demand.
So what I am wondering is, how much demand is there for 2010 Mustangs? Is it possible to get anywhere near invoice price?
All of the 2010 Mustangs at our local Ford dealers are spoken for.
That should answer your “are they in demand?” question.
Yes, they are in demand. I seriously doubt you could walk in to a Ford dealer and demand one at or below invoice.
**EDIT — sorry that someone doesn’t agree… but the key to his question is “GT”. He will NOT get a 2010 Mustang GT for invoice or lower. Sorry.
