Is a true free market Unconstitutional?
Article I,
Section 8,
Clause 3:
“ The Congress shall have power to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian tribes;
On a world wide level yes. In my opinion regulating commerce between states was meant to keep the market free by prohibiting one state from charging unreasonable tariffs and hindering trade.
