How does the average middle class American attain upper class wealth?
I think the ticket from lower class, to middle class wealth is education. Aside from a winning lotto ticket, or some other windfall it seems education and networking are the key to upper class wealth.
The stock market is a pyramid scheme, banks control every other investment avenue. Hell, one can’t even invest offshore without the USG getting it’s piece of the action.
I’ve traveled quite a bit in this country, and the amount of decadent and polarized wealth is staggering. How do these people do it?
I heard an old saying that said, “Behind every great fortune is a great crime!”
Is this the lot of the average American, corporate servitude?
It sucks having an advanced degree, and not even clearing 100K annually.

It sounds like you make a decent living. I think the one thing that keeps people living week to week is the amount of debt that most Americans have. If you make $50,000 a year and only have a mortgage you are very welathy. If you make the same and pay $400 to a car and another $400 to a credit card, your probably not saving a bit. Pay cash for everyting (excpet your house). If you don’t have $30,000 laying around for a car, you probably don’t need a $30k car. Save $15k and get a decnt used one. And never, ever use credit cards.
